Practices and philosophies behind this powerful way of life will focuson: self-acceptance\, surrender\, self-love\, disconnecting from the ego\, recognizing your inner truth\, awakening your innate feminine (Shakti)\, and moving beyond the blockages and densities that are holding you back in life. \nTantra Has Significant Benefits in:\n* Self-awareness and realization\n* Self-love and love for life\n* Minimizing negativity and toxic subjectivity\n* Tapping into your personal power via vulnerability work\n* Alleviating anxiety\n* Improving upon connection and intimacy with others\n* Expression of feelings and experiences in a clearer manner\n* Eliminating ancestral trauma and toxic familial templates\n* Manifesting the reality you desire\nand of course:\n* Augmenting your sexual energy (kundalini) for high-vibrational\, soul-nourishing sex. \nStudents have the option to stay overnight in the casa on our 2nd floor which has private access to two bedrooms and a dormitory for up to six roomies. Our RAM bedroom has a queen bed for two people and our LAM bedroom has a king bed for up to three people.\nWe also have a meditation/massage room where treatments in Reiki\, deep tissue massage\, and tantric massage can be provided at an additional cost.\nWe have a large fire pit at the corner of the house where participants can gather nightly if they wish and connect as they stargaze at the expansive Costa Rican night sky. Our cochera (carport) is roughly 100 m²\, and\, when matted it serves as an outdoor studio for the majority of classes. \nPlease Note:\nTantra practices can take you into your shadows and force you to face lifelong traumas or challenges that have haunted your ego and held you back. Although\, DaddyGuru and his staff are not certified social workers or therapists\, they have the experience and capacity to hold space for you and assist you in processing these shadows from a spiritual AND a therapeutic angle by visiting your inner child. Your inner child can carry an incredible amount of toxicity that needs releasing. \nDaddyGuru works also as a private intimacy healer and has been working with men from all walks of life\, helping them to see\, acknowledge and release the demons blocking their potential to be happy with their lives. SUMMARY:Conscious Touch
DESCRIPTION:This workshop focuses on consenting\, ritualised non-sexual touch and gentle partner yoga led by Peter and sometimes supported by an assistant teacher. \nThe workshops are an opportunity to do deeper into intimate connection with the option to work with the erotic body (sexual energy). All practices are optional but participants are encouraged to meet one another with a deep sense of compassion and full presence. If arousal happens it is welcome but we are not working with genital touch in this session. The invitation is to spread the energy evenly around the body rather than keeping it focused on the genitals. You are encouraged to experiment with slowing down to notice the nuances between sensuality\, intimacy and sexuality. \nThis class is designed for everyone including absolute beginners. You will need to be comfortable with touching and being touched by other men in a compassionate non-sexual way. DESCRIPTION:This programme\, based on my book ‘Tantra Yoga – the dance of Shiva’\, is aimed at embodying what we mean by Tantra Yoga\, and understand how this might apply to men-who-love-men\, who might historically appear to be excluded from tantra and yogic practices.
