DESCRIPTION:Twice monthly Naked Yoga class for Gay/Bi Men \nThis is a beginners/mixed ability Naked Yoga class with emphasis on breathing\, finding ease in movement and steady postures. \nThere will be time for relaxation. \nEvery body is different. You will be encouraged to concentrate on your own practice as part of a non-competitive group.\nBeing naked\, having your own mat might be preferable.
