DESCRIPTION:Twice monthly Naked Yoga class for Gay/Bi Men \nThis is a beginners/mixed ability Naked Yoga class with emphasis on breathing\, finding ease in movement and steady postures. \nThere will be time for relaxation. \nEvery body is different. You will be encouraged to concentrate on your own practice as part of a non-competitive group.\nBeing naked\, having your own mat might be preferable. The practice of its teachings expands us into our potential. We can become our most fearless\, creative\, courageous\, confident\, loving\, honest\, wise selves and we realise we are in reach of everything we could ever need. It’s all inside. \nTantra enables us to uncover this truth through the body\, through the heart and through each other. \nIn this foundational workshop\, we will use breath\, movement\, sound\, touch and massage to awaken potent lifeforce energies and expand them through the body to nourish\, resource\, heal and awaken.
