SUMMARY:Gentlemen’s nude yoga / Conscious Touch
DESCRIPTION:This class focuses on consenting\, ritualised non-sexual touch and gentle partner yoga led by Peter and sometimes supported by an assistant teacher. \nThe sessions lay the foundations for Tantric practice. It is suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Practices will invite presence and embodiment. Breath practices to calm or enliven your subtle energy will be explored. Playful partner yoga and foundational Tantric touch skills will be taught within a safe space. \nThe practice invites you to notice the nuances between sensuality\, intimacy and arousal (which is very welcome in whatever form it shows up\, however genital touch is not allowed in the practice). \nThis class is designed for everyone including absolute beginners. You will need to be comfortable with touching and being touched by other men in a compassionate non-sexual way. DESCRIPTION:Bienvenue aux ateliers TantraÔ\, des ateliers mensuels de Tantra Queer à Paris\, d’octobre à juin. Chaque atelier a un thème particulier\, annoncé dans les semaines précédant l’évènement. \n************************ Pour qui ?\nTu es bienvenue que tu sois novice ou habitué.e\, seul.e ou en couple\, où que tu sois sur le spectre du genre (ressenti et exprimé) et celui de l’attirance.\nNous œuvrons à ce que cet espace queer soit inclusif et accueillant des personnes racisées\, non-valides\, de toute morphologie et âge (majeur).\n************************ Qu’est-ce que le Tantra ?\nLe contexte : le néo-Tantra est une adaptation occidentale et contemporaine de courants hindous et bouddhistes ancestraux en région himalayenne\, croisés avec des courants psychologiques occidentaux récents (psychologie Reichienne\, analyse bio-énergétique\, et de plus en plus les théories du trauma).\nLa philosophie : c’est un chemin de conscience et de vitalité. On cultive notre capacité à conscientiser nos sensations\, nos émotions\, nos jugements\, et on cultive notre relation à notre vitalité.\nEn d’autres termes\, on se frotte à l’art d’être vivant.e.\n************************ Grandes lignes du cadre :\n– Il n’y a aucune obligation\, un point d’honneur est mis au respect et à l’affirmation de ses propres limites : Tu peux toujours faire moins que ce qui est proposé\, ou ne pas faire du tout.\n– Dans mes ateliers d’une soirée\, il n’y a pas de nudité\n– Il n’y a pas de passage à l’acte dans la sexualité\nCes règles font partie d’un cadre plus détaillé que j’explique en début de chaque animation.\n*********************** Qui suis-je ?\nJe m’appelle Baptiste\, pédale tantrique\, blanche et valide\, de 34 ans\, cheminant sur la voie du Tantra depuis plus de 12 ans.\nJ’y ai trouvé une voie spirituelle puissante\, subtile et vivante. Cependant\, je me suis longtemps senti exclu-e de la manière dont il est amené\, pour des personnes cis-hétéro. Ne trouvant de Tantra complètement fluide dans les genres et orientations\, j’ai créé TantraÔ en 2021\, un Tantra non-genré\, aussi inclusif que possible.\nC’est un chemin à la croisée du néo-Tantra\, des sagesses anciennes\, et de la communauté Queer.
