SUMMARY:The Gift of Touch
DESCRIPTION:Tantra & Touch: How Sensual Expression Connects Men \nTantra teaches us about connecting by weaving the energies of our body\, mind and spirit in service to a higher consciousness. When we allow another man to hold us wherever we are – physically\, emotionally – in our heart and spirit\, we can allow ourselves to be in a state of curiosity and wonder – open to inspiration\, and\, ultimately to our inner power. \nIn this workshop\, we explore how we can use touch and our breath to release held tension and beliefs in our bodies through touch. Releasing what doesn’t serve us opens space for us to embody our eros – flooding through us – sparking our creative nature. We’ll use this process of release and letting go to open ourselves to greater possibility. Connecting around our shared life experiences – our grief\, our challenges and our joy is powerful. This workshop offers us the opportunity to use our collective eros to awaken us and expand our compassion\, awareness and connection. \nYou will learn muscle-release and massage techniques coupled with guided breathing and sensual touch. We will explore this process gradually – step by step – surrendering into sensation. We get to define eros broadly – as a deep connection of living a life in community. \nIt is a sacred and safe space where we hold each other as perfect\, whole and not judged. It is a space where we have permission to make choices for ourselves. It is a gift to explore and discover the beauty of sharing our bodies\, our touch and our eros to ultimately serve our spirit. \nThis workshop is open to all male bodies and to men of all levels of experience. SUMMARY:Tantra Yoga Programme
DESCRIPTION:This programme\, based on my book ‘Tantra Yoga – the dance of Shiva’\, is aimed at embodying what we mean by Tantra Yoga\, and understand how this might apply to men-who-love-men\, who might historically appear to be excluded from tantra and yogic practices.
