DESCRIPTION:This class focuses on consenting\, ritualised non-sexual touch and gentle partner yoga led by Peter and sometimes supported by an assistant teacher. \nThe sessions lay the foundations for Tantric practice. It is suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Practices will invite presence and embodiment. Breath practices to calm or enliven your subtle energy will be explored. Playful partner yoga and foundational Tantric touch skills will be taught within a safe space. \nThe practice invites you to notice the nuances between sensuality\, intimacy and arousal (which is very welcome in whatever form it shows up\, however genital touch is not allowed in the practice). \nThis class is designed for everyone including absolute beginners. DESCRIPTION:Each afternoon explores different aspects of modern\, Neo-tantra\, using touch\, massage and sexual energy in both solo and partnered work. Each meeting begins with introductions\, then checking agreements for safety (such as physical\, emotional and sexual)\, consent and confidentiality\, which are there to support exploration. We typically start with a gentle practice\, leading to an invitation to work in pairs to mindfully undress. We then move into the practices linked to the workshop theme. Note that\, while this is physically embodied work that harnesses sexual energy\, these are spaces to both connect with other men and with deeper\, possibly more hidden aspects of yourself. (Please note that\, while most men choose to become naked and there are invitations to exchange naked touch\, these afternoons are not orgies). \nThe afternoons are for any male identified persons aged 18+\, with our without previous experience of tantra\, who are open to nudity and intimate practices with other men. Groups are typically 8-12 aged 30’s-60’s\, but younger and older men also attend. All body shapes and sizes are welcome. \nWe meet in a discrete dedicated Tantra venue in Salford\, Greater Manchester\, convenient for motorway and public transport. DESCRIPTION:In our naked practice\, we can move deeper into the healing and enlivening power of our sensuality. We can cast off our clothes and our limiting beliefs about who we are. We can meet ourselves and welcome what we find with acceptance\, kindness\, compassion and thanks. We can slow down and indulge in sensation and vibration and we can learn how to feel and harness our lifeforce energy. \nIn these 2 hour classes\, Andy Butterfield of Yoganu in London blends essential themes of tantra yoga\, the wisdom of shiatsu and energy medicine with a mindful\, breath-led yoga flow practice and consent-based partner work. You will be guided through slow and sensual movement\, postures and practices that will help you let go of striving and grasping and rest back in acceptance that you are already enough. \ \nIt will help if you have had some experience of yoga but the class is open to all levels. SUMMARY:Gentlemen’s nude yoga / Conscious Touch
DESCRIPTION:This class focuses on consenting\, ritualised non-sexual touch and gentle partner yoga led by Peter and sometimes supported by an assistant teacher. \nThe sessions lay the foundations for Tantric practice. It is suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Practices will invite presence and embodiment. Breath practices to calm or enliven your subtle energy will be explored. Playful partner yoga and foundational Tantric touch skills will be taught within a safe space. \nThe practice invites you to notice the nuances between sensuality\, intimacy and arousal (which is very welcome in whatever form it shows up\, however genital touch is not allowed in the practice). \nThis class is designed for everyone including absolute beginners. You will need to be comfortable with touching and being touched by other men in a compassionate non-sexual way.
