We can slow down and indulge in sensation and vibration and we can learn how to feel and harness our lifeforce energy. \nIn these 2 hour classes\, Andy Butterfield of Yoganu in London blends essential themes of tantra yoga\, the wisdom of shiatsu and energy medicine with a mindful\, breath-led yoga flow practice and consent-based partner work. We will work together to create a safe space that meets people’s varying need for physical contact with others.
