SUMMARY:Tantric Sisterhood | A Full Day Women's Only Tantra Workshop
DESCRIPTION:If you have been longing to explore sensuality and Tantra in a women-only container\, and experience sisterhood that goes beyond the surface\, then this space was made for you. All sexual orientations welcome! \nThis is a mostly clothed workshop where we explore gentle but very powerful Tantric exercises. We will explore some gentle self-touch and optional dressing down (if you wish to\, totally based on your own desire). Regardless\, the space can feel quite intimate depending on your level of experience\, as we explore our bodies\, sensuality and pleasure with ourselves and others. \nA foundation in personal development\, spiritual growth and/or meditation is important\, as sometimes challenging emotions can arise. Tantra embraces the full spectrum of human experience\, even the uncomfortable parts\, so being able to be with these emotions matters. \nIt’s important to note that this is Tantra\, not Therapy. This workshop is not suitable for those with unresolved trauma that needs attention\, or for those that are not ready to challenge/explore beliefs around gender\, sensuality and spirituality. \nAll touch is optional\, consensual\, and clearly guided. \n• This is for you if: \n– You are longing for deep sisterhood and connection with other women. \n– You are comfortable with exploring touch\, deep conversations and vulnerability with other women. \n– You want to explore Tantra & sensuality in a loving\, grounded\, women-only container. \n– You are ready to open your heart\, honestly meet yourself as you are\, and own your experience. \n– You are ready to integrate parts of yourself you may have rejected in the past\, and come home to your fullness. \n– You are ready to both give and receive. \n– You want to deepen your spiritual practice. \n  \n• Here is an idea of what we will move through together: \n– Opening ceremony & ritual \n– Guided meditations \n– Tantric connection practices \n– Sharing circles \n– Heart-opening practices \n– Buddhist non-duality practice \n– Sensual movement & embodiment \n– Archetype expression \n– Release shame / embrace pleasure \n– Playfulness: creative\, sensual group exercise \n– Meaningful\, healing reflections and conversations \n– Ceremonial cacao ceremony \n– Ask & receive acts of service from other women \n– Closing circle \nParticipant capacity: 25 \nAccessibility Information: Not accessible for wheelchairs.
