DESCRIPTION:In our naked practice\, we can move deeper into the healing and enlivening power of our sensuality. We can cast off our clothes and our limiting beliefs about who we are. We can meet ourselves and welcome what we find with acceptance\, kindness\, compassion and thanks. We can slow down and indulge in sensation and vibration and we can learn how to feel and harness our lifeforce energy. \nIn these 2 hour classes\, Andy Butterfield of Yoganu in London blends essential themes of tantra yoga\, the wisdom of shiatsu and energy medicine with a mindful\, breath-led yoga flow practice and consent-based partner work. You will be guided through slow and sensual movement\, postures and practices that will help you let go of striving and grasping and rest back in acceptance that you are already enough. \ \nIt will help if you have had some experience of yoga but the class is open to all levels.
