Stay in your heart” with this deeper dive into tantra philosophy\, connection\, flow\, surrender and intimacy practices that will stimulate the kundalini\, open your heart\, resonate your inner truth\, and help you embrace that perfectly imperfect\, infinite you. \nThis clothing optional\, weekend retreat is for gay\, bi or queer cis men and is an introductory dive (or fun refresher) into the world of tantra. Practices and philosophies behind this powerful way of life will focus on: self-acceptance\, surrender\, self-love\, disconnecting from the ego\, recognizing your inner truth\, awakening your innate feminine (Shakti)\, and moving beyond the blockages and densities that are holding you back in life. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTantra Has Signficant Benefits in:\n\n\n\n\n Tantra Has Signficant Benefits in: \n\nSelf-awareness and realization\nSelf-love and love for life\nMinimizing negativity and toxic subjectivity\nTapping into your personal power via vulnerability work\nAlleviating anxiety\nImproving upon connection and intimacy with others\nExpression of feelings and experiences in a clearer manner\nEliminating ancestral trauma and toxic familial templates\nManifesting the reality you desire\n\nand of course: \n\nAugmenting your sexual energy (kundalini) for high-vibrational\, soul-nourishing sex.\n\nStudents have the option to stay overnight in the casa on our 2nd floor which has private access to two bedrooms and a dormitory for up to six roomies. Our RAM bedroom has a queen bed for two people and our LAM bedroom has a king bed for up to three people. \nWe also have a meditation/massage room where treatments in Reiki\, deep tissue massage\, and tantric massage can be provided at an additional cost. \nWe have a large fire pit at the corner of the house where participants can gather nightly if they wish and connect as they stargaze at the expansive Costa Rican night sky. Our cochera (carport) is roughly 100 m²\, and\, when matted it serves as an outdoor studio for the majority of classes. \nPlease Note: \nTantra practices can take you into your shadows and force you to face lifelong traumas or challenges that have haunted your ego and held you back. Although\, DaddyGuru and his staff are not certified social workers or therapists\, they will be able to hold space for you and assist you in processing these shadows from a spiritual AND a therapeutic angle by visiting your inner child. Your inner child can carry an incredible amount of toxicity that needs releasing. \nDaddyGuru works also as a private intimacy healer and has been working with men from all walks of life\, helping them to see\, acknowledge and release the demons blocking their potential to be happy with their lives. So\, if you decide to come\, be prepared for a breakthrough or two. They are very common at tantric events and it’s incredibly special when you have a new “weekend family” to hold space for you\, listen\, and embrace the beauty that is that imperfectly perfect you. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat Makes This Place Special?\n\n\n\n\nCasa Kama is a spiritual retreat and healing sanctuary dedicated to “holding space” for the LGBTQ+ community\, since many spiritual centers around the world have proven they cannot. \nOur tantra programs differ from others in that we specialize in “holding space” for the worldwide queer community and to give them a safe haven to open up\, express\, find power through our vulnerabilities\, process trauma\, and to be heard and seen by those who understand our challenges as a fringe community. \nThere are specific boundaries that regular retreats and schools will never understand or even TRY to understand. This was recently experienced by DaddyGuru and four other students while at a tantra retreat in Thailand. DESCRIPTION:In our naked practice\, we can move deeper into the healing and enlivening power of our sensuality. We can cast off our clothes and our limiting beliefs about who we are. We can slow down and indulge in sensation and vibration and we can learn how to feel and harness our lifeforce energy. \nIn these 2 hour classes\, Andy Butterfield of Yoganu in London blends essential themes of tantra yoga\, the wisdom of shiatsu and energy medicine with a mindful\, breath-led yoga flow practice and consent-based partner work. SUMMARY:Gentlemen’s nude yoga / Conscious Touch
DESCRIPTION:This class focuses on consenting\, ritualised non-sexual touch and gentle partner yoga led by Peter and sometimes supported by an assistant teacher. \nThe sessions lay the foundations for Tantric practice. It is suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Practices will invite presence and embodiment. Breath practices to calm or enliven your subtle energy will be explored. Playful partner yoga and foundational Tantric touch skills will be taught within a safe space. \nThe practice invites you to notice the nuances between sensuality\, intimacy and arousal (which is very welcome in whatever form it shows up\, however genital touch is not allowed in the practice). \nThis class is designed for everyone including absolute beginners. You will need to be comfortable with touching and being touched by other men in a compassionate non-sexual way.
