There are so many advantages of doing this including Nourishing and replenishing the skin, Toning the muscles, lubricating the joints, calming and soothing the nervous system, remove toxins, improve immune response and support healthy sleeping patterns lets drop our judgement of ourselves and others in this sensual spiritual practice.

What you will need:
– A Towel or sheet to sit on
– Maybe a pillow to put under the towel or sheet
– I will provide the hot Oil but please feel free to bring your own if you like
– Wash cloth
