Elements of Tantric Massage and Bodywork with Andy

This workshop series will enable you to learn some skills and tools so that you can explore connecting with yourself and others through tantric touch and massage. We will integrate tantric philosophy, shiatsu, acupressure, reiki and oil massage. Each workshop explores something different.

After arriving and settling with a grounding practice and short meditation, we will lay out boundaries and agreements to ensure a safe and heart-centred space. We will then be ready to climb down deeper into our bodies, opening up, stretching and awakening lifeforce with do-in, qi gong and other movement practices. We’ll then move into sensual connection with each other through gentle and thoughtful exercises, an undressing ritual and some simple bodywork and massage.
