Energetic Self Love

Here we access the fascinating field of ascetic, sensual, playful and ecstatic energy work. We connect the physical body strongly to the energetic (subtle) body bringing about a deep sense of self-love which underlies unbounded love of everything and everyone. We don’t become stuck in grasping after the experiences, but let them go as we slip into ecstasy or bliss. We do this in our uninhibited nakedness as a symbolic gesture of reaching for our True Naked Self, where raising our sexual energy can enhance heightened spiritual awareness.
